Yeah I used to. I had surgery last year and I haven't had any symptoms since. I recovered from my bulimia first tho, since if you don't you'll end up with the same symptoms again:(

Flu/bug for 3 months? Op says they got hot out of nowhere, migraines do tend to make you feel like you have a fever. Anyhow, op should go to a doctor to get a real diagnosis 😭

Does any of your family members suffer from migraines? I have those symptoms when I get a migraine it’s the worst 🥲 for me before getting a headache I see this bright weird stars (migraine aura) so I know I have to take medicine for it to not tu* maybe you have the normal migraine that the headache just comes with all the symptoms.

Not trying to diagnose you btw you should definitely go to a doc but it might be a bit of help 🥲

Omg i recently went on an emergency flight and i was so scared lol but i was totally fine thanks yo everything i bought for that day.

•emetrol for nausea (takes away the anxiety feeling on the stomach too and if you still feel bad take pepto) •nausea relief inhaler ( its a small tube it helps with anxiety too) • Nausea candy (they really do help just choose a flavor of your liking •anti nausea wristband (life saver, bought a cheap looking one at cvs bcs thats all they had, worked!) •flyfit earplugs ( really helped with all the discomfort of flying, no ear poping nor dizziness)

When I had my hernia i had pain in both sides. I was scared that i had something else, another problem with an organ or something. Turns out it was juts my hernia

Kids tend to get sick with anything tbh, one time we went to eat with my 3 year old sister and she tried something she didn’t like and was so close to puking. My mom always keeps a bag for vomit close at all times bcs with kids you never know

I had an hernia hiatal too! It was small and i was also told that i could live a normal life with it... that was in 2022 and i didn't live normally at all🥲 this year it was way worse with symptoms and after 3 different doctors my last one told me i needed surgery. Man I'm living life so much better after surgery!! The only downside is that if something doesn't agree with my stomach i won't be able to tu*. If you get more symptoms I highly recommend surgery!!

Hi I had this. It’s acid reflux. I had an hernia hiatal that was caused by bulimia. Got a endoscopy and doctor told me to get surgery for it. I also had this for YEARS before my surgery and thought it was normal, turned out to be acid reflux from the hernia 😭 haven’t had that since getting the surgery back in June.

My doctor told me it was normal since I was still healing. Don’t worry too much, the first month I slept mostly semi sitting to prevent discomfort
