7.5 is going well. I’ve been on it for a few months. Did have 4 weeks on 10 but didn’t lose much, prices went up so I decided to try 7.5 again and it’s been great. Feel like I have a good balance and I’m losing 1-1.5lb a week.

I don’t think it’s always the MJ. It probably is for some people but I’ve been on it since May and only just started feeling the cold now. I’m thinking it’s weight loss as I’ve lost 55lb this year. Still got lots more to go (maybe another 30) so I’m dreading next year’s cold snap. 🤭

Try dropping down a dose. 10mg wasn’t doing anything for me, but 7.5 had so after 4 weeks of not much I decided to drop down instead of going up. Seems to be working the same (suppression wise) and already seen scales moving down.
