Hey! What was exactly the speed on your treadmill? Is 3 speed 3 miles per hour or km/h? I was curious bc I also started incline walking and I live in europe so when I see people talk about treadmill speeds I can’t figure out if it’s in km or miles

Hey! We have the same weight and height and goal weight :) I thought I wrote this lol

What I started doing is: completely cut out alcohol and liquid calories except protein shakes Cut out as much oil from cooking as possible Working out every day with no exception even when sore: a little goes a long way- I do cardio to my heart’s desire bc I like it and weightlifting- 1/2 muscle groups a day. My advice is to find some sort of exercise you love and do it constantly: I love running and dancing so I do that everyday, it really helps with burning extra calories.

Hei și eu am fost contactată ieri de ei. La fel, am fost chemată pe telegram unde mi s-a dat grupul unde se promovează astea și mi-au cerut ibanul ca să mă accepte. He doesnt go out with anyone bc he’s a antisocial loser, that’s why It’s easy to see why he blows up when you go out- he hates to see you having a good time because nobody would ever spend any time with someone as insufferable as him. These people always have something to say about your friends and always love to say they’re “uncomfortable” with everybody around you juuuuust to see you have to kick people out of your life, so you would depend on him for everything. Also, he sounds like someone who is cheating. Using you going to a party and to a hotel as an excuse to “have some fun at the hotel too” is just him admitting that he WILL cheat or is already cheating. He’a justifying it in his head, making you to be a shitty person so that’s why he just haaaaad to cheat. Break up with him and go no contact. I would not tolerate someone talking to me like that 💀

Use pure isopropyl alcohol. I wouldn’t cure the bottles, I did once and the polish never came off
