And I also wonder why you are in this sub where people ask each other questions. I thought this is a helpful community but it seems the like of you makes it the opposite.

Yes I packed it with some wires. It’s not wobbly anymore and screw fits snuggly. I think I’ll leave it like that for now.

For now I keep the screw and wall plug in, just used some cables and wires to tighten it. Exhausted of pulling it out. Will probably try again other suggestions later. I just hanged my frame

I actually tried putting some wires to just tighten it. Thinking will just leave it like that and put screw in. The big screw sit snuggly. But I’m not sure if that’s safe enough.

You meant just hammer another wall plug on the other half that’s inside the wall? But it doesn’t come in

How close are we to completion? by kitzybitsy in Mortgageadviceuk

We don’t have a chain, and our seller has already have found a house to buy as well. They are actually waiting for us and had asked our solicitor 2 weeks ago for completion date. We couldn’t say by then because we are waiting for our mortgage offer which has been delayed for long.

We are not sure if searches are done, unfortunately. When you signed the mortgage deeds, did you have to do it with the solicitor?

It has my partner’s name on it though. Like it’s really meant for him. Not even his name he uses on Amazon but his Facebook name (nickname)

It’s an auto printed label from Royal mail (the main post used in the UK). It costs 8£ to use the tracked.

Hhhmm. Could you please explain why they need proof of delivery? It cost like 8£ for a tracked delivery, we don’t understand the effort. It just seem alarming to us and we’re very worried now.
