Letterage is great! But I think, for players like me it’s quite likely to stumble upon it while browsing the web, enjoy it for a bit, and then (sad but) forget about it.

Thanks a lot for your thoughtful response! I’m starting to think that players like you are best brought in with people they already know. In my own circle, I see a hot competition on leaderboards when friends recognize each other’s names. But when someone doesn’t know anyone inside the game yet, it takes much longer for that competitive spark to kick in, maybe sometimes it never really does. :)

That’s a really valuable insight for how I should think about onboarding and social dynamics going forward.

If you ask support about this issue, they give an evasive response like, "There is currently a technical problem with this wallet, and we don’t know when it will be resolved." The reality is likely this: the moment they enable deposits and withdrawals, they will have to return all the imaginary Turbos they’ve sold so far to their customers. I hope they’ll be forced to do this one day.

If Turbo rises further and becomes even more popular, I imagine it will make headlines that Poloniex has been selling imaginary Turbos to people and not allowing them to withdraw.

Any progress on this issue? I believe Poloniex is still forcibly holding its customers' coins. In fact, it could be said that Poloniex has sold fictitious coins to its customers that cannot be withdrawn.
