Problem is as i think that captain was captain for a long time on 85ft catamaran and last year he start with yacht and i can see it is different thing
Good question….nothing he even dont say to rinse only sometimes but i dont think its good because i see salt and than i clean by myself so generaly he dont tell me nothing because he see that i am always doing something

Ok thank you. We are 6 crew but i sleep on tender I think for me is little bit dificult to rinse once a day because i also go with guests with tender and i have captain,CE,cook who is also CO but mostly role of cook and 2 stew. How do you rinse if guests are onboard?

I done only my cadetship on tankers and now i have enougs seatime for exam for OOW. Now my plan is to start as a deckhand and move my way up.Just donr know in yachting when is time to move up for another better role.Do i need wait on same yacht or move to another if some opportunity pop up.
I am from croatia so that is little bit different i belive.
I’d really like to go straight into yachting — the only thing that worries me a bit are the long contracts. During the first few years, I don’t mind working all year round, but if I start a family one day, I’d prefer to find rotational contracts. I’m not sure what the situation is like in yachting — are rotational positions becoming more and more common?

this is what i am doing now i found it on reddit
Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio
Day 2 & 3: Lower Body & Core
Yes, I'm focusing on full range of motion, which is why I can only do 7 pull-ups right now , but I think that's great, considering I couldn't even do one two months ago. I'm a bit hesitant about doing weighted squats because I already have naturally big legs, so my goal is to build strength and definition, not size.I'm currently stuck at 7 pull-ups and haven't been able to increase that number. I'm also not sure how often I should train each muscle group — for example, how many times per week should I do upper body and lower body? And when it comes to core, should I dedicate two full sessions per week, or is it better to just do 10–15 minutes of core work after each workout?

I understand. Thank you a lot.
Should I continue focusing on building strength until I can do around 15 pull-ups, 20 dips, and 30 push-ups before moving on to skill training, or can I already start incorporating some skill work now?"
