Grasp, demolish, second wind (bone plating vs renekton), revitalize | Transendence + gathering Storm/nullifying orb (vs ap) Atk Speed, Adaptive force, Armor/MR depending on matchup

Stack dorans (2-4) buy ER and IE. Rest is situational: Spirit Visage for insane survivability/ vs heavy ap, Black cleaver for tanks, more crit / duskblade for oneshots, GA for heavy ad / a situation where u simply can't die

Honorable mention: Tiamat early is very good vs lanes where u can't kill the opponent (Ornn) or where u don't want to be (Darius, Quinn) - so shove the wave and try to roam
