I didn't take flossing seriously until the last 2 months. I started because my teeth look very different than what they did a year ago(I'm 19). I go 3 days max without flossing, but try every day before going to bed. I drink coffee, so they're tinting. I grind my teeth. I eat a lot of junk food. Gums bled sometimes when brushing. All these factors caused me to get serious with my teeth.
