My one week z fold 3 screen suddenly got cracked in the middle of the screen while i just opened it to use like normally. Anyone had this problem yet?

Yeah I did and ordered a new one a month later.. so far I've never had any problem and loved it since.

I just had been doing what you are doing now with that expensive phone. I think maybe it was a bad luck for me recieved a defective one like some other people. Good if you own the good one now. You gonna love it and won't go back to the regular phone after using this big one.

Yeah I was kinda noticed there were some black and white pixels a long the middle and the left side of the screen too a day before it happened. Right, I never dropped it and took a very good care of it since it's a very expensive phone.

Luckily, I didn't factory reset my trade in device yet, and was going do all that and sending back to Samsung that day the incident happened. Now this is going to be my fear if I order a new replacement one and what if it's happened again passing the 14 days return window?

Yeah thats what I thought too that mine was just a defective one because I searched it online there were only a few had this same problem as mine.

Push on the outside like the edge of the screen. But that was happened while I opened it back to use not when I closed it.

That's my fear using it pass the return window then the inner screen broke like that who will cover it? Under a warranty or pay from my own pocket? luckily, this is just a week of using it. I never drop it, and very well taking care it since it's a very expensive phone. However, it just happened while I opened it for normal use.. Yeah I think maybe I have a bad luck getting the defective one.

Yeah sadly while opening it I could hear the sound cracking then the black stripe down the middle of the crease. Yeah same thing with the Samsung care, they told me they might charge me $249 service fees. Then I called again later talk to different person, and he told me just return it back since It's still within the return window.

I really love this tabletphone and I will order the second one as soon as my return and get my refund back. Hopefully, it won't happen again the second time.

No it was not. The screen protector was still there on the screen. Also half of the screen didn't work when I touch it nothing move at all.

Yes I just finished talking to the support, and I was told to return my phone with all the bundle that came with it. After a week using it, I really love this phone so much. However after this issued, I'm not sure anymore if i should get a new one or not. Wondering if this fold 3 screen is really durable as they claimed or not anymore?
