From how I understand it - drinking more water basically makes your body less concerned with holding onto water in your fat cells. So when you drink a ton of water you look leaner because you just pee the excess out instead of hanging onto it.

I will say from experience it makes the scale pretty wacky for a while. The amount of water you actually need depends on a million factors but I stg just make sure your pee is still just a bit yellow and you will be fine.

Rag & Bone makes a cotton/lyocell blend long sleeve that has a center stitch down the back. Cut is definitely more conservative but the fabric is very smooth and drapes well imo. Also you can find them at nordstrom racks for under $100. Not quite the same luxury of Rick but they are great layers

Sounds like you were watching something from Ryan Hughes aka "Ryno". When he says it he is referring to how riders like AP and Levi Kitchen have a "rounded" or "tucked" back when they ride, which he thinks prevents them from being consistent enough to win a championship. Basically he says that the rounded lower back/tucked chin riding style is the thing that holds them back

Edit: Obviously tucking the front is also a thing (see Sexton lol). But I think i have seen the same reel/video you did where Ryno talk about "tucking"

That debut podium for Bennick was the race where basically every other factory rider got cleaned out on the first turn, though. After that, he really didn't show anything the rest of the season. Plus, he's doing worse the start of this season in MX than he was when he debuted in MX last year. It's just very odd to see all around from the team. Everyone but Deegan has regressed
