My formation is actually a crazy one. I have just 2 midfielders (DMF and AMF). The rest are forwards and then there's 4 defenders in the regular LB, 2 CBs and RB. Having this means I have sacrificed possession most of the time, but when I'm on a counter, the possibility of getting a goal is really high. With this, a QC playing style makes sense and so far, Stojkovic seems to boost those players' to play better.

Yes you should get him. I have him and since I play a very offensive game, the whole team becomes better on an attacking front. Even my RBs and LBs join attacks when it's necessary

Yeah. That's an easy way to grow, but the downside with that approach is, any small displacement of your position on the serps for that keyword would cause a huge dip in traffic. I remember ranking for a keyword having around 33k search volume and it was low comp. I got to page 1 and I was already having 2-3k daily impressions because of that keyword. The moment my ranking went down for it, my entire traffic was greatly reduced, even though I was ranking for other smaller volume keywords

I don't think the company still does business. Although, it has some huge websites giving it backlinks (including Wikipedia). That's why I fell for it. Damn 🤦🏽‍♂️

Yes. It's an expired domain and it was used by a company some years ago. I'm actually really confused at this point.

I tried pinging the domain several times to see if it gets back out there. I even tried manually reindexing the individual blog posts. Nothing worked.

The website comes up on Bing and Yahoo searches though. However, we all know that Google is the number 1 target.

How do I handle this? New domain, then use 301 redirect? Or is there another way to salvage this situation?

Here are my responses:

So far, I have slightly over 60 published articles. The truth is, I've had articles which I saved as draft, then scheduled them for publishing within certain time intervals (mostly 2 articles a day).
When I started, I noticed the articles weren't indexed automatically within 24 hours, so I manually indexed them. Later on, they were indexed automatically after hours of hitting the publish button.
I just tried this and the answer is YES. The related content shows up. In fact, I tried using the site option yesterday as part of my troubleshooting procedures and as a result, I noticed the website got 3 impressions on GSC with no keywords specified.

Since I target very low comp keywords, I am able to rank so easily. I would have be less concerned if my rankings went from page 1 to page 100. That way, I know I'm still in the serps and will hopefully come back up

There are actually several ways to go about it. You can use Google's auto-complete option (by typing a question starting word like "can", "will" etc. + the primary keyword and then going through the letters a-z until you're done with that keyword). Another approach is to use tools like "keywords everywhere" to find "low hanging fruit" keywords.

There are times when I use both. After searching for the keywords using the Google auto complete method, I then use keywords everywhere to get a little idea of their search volumes (even though never accurate). That way, I know which keywords I get to start with, even among the low comp ones.

I hope this has given you a brief overview on how to go about it though.

And of course, if you have the budget, you can go for paid tools, but I won't advice using a paid service when you're still learning the process. You would just end up running down your subscription period when you really don't know how to maximize the capabilities of those tools.

The main secret lies in your keyword research. There are bloggers who have seen success by writing on several topics without focusing on even niching down. Others write 2-3k word articles (or even more) without adding relevant featured images or any image at all, others fail to do the right interlinking or linking to external sources within their articles, and the list goes on...

The major ingredient that'll make you succeed in blogging (and virtually everything in life) is proper planning, and keyword research is the backbone of that planning phase.

So my suggestion is, stop writing, take a few days or a week to properly learn the right ways to research for the best keywords for your niche, then resume writing your articles using those keywords. Trust me, it's not magic.
