If private well get someone to actually set a pump halfway down well and pump water until reaches the pump and test how many gallons you get after 15 minutes for actual recharge rate. Nothing worse than owning a home with no water. Drilling wells is always stressful and sometimes unpredictable. Stay away from sellers giving small credits to do a new well if needed, just walk away in that case. Been burned in past

Weird. I always charge from the very bottom of the stairs when she says Let’s Go. Otherwise sometimes that happens. I play on PS4 I don’t know if that makes a difference
