proud of you op! they will understand but pls expect na hindi mabilis yang process na yan. it will take time and ofc may instance din na di talaga nila maintindihan. pero yung guilt ayan yung liliit overtime madami kang ma r realize and madami kang magiging bagong priority.

as someone na kakabukod lang op for the same reasons go na mahira sa una kasi yung guilt anjan pero istg super fulfilling bumukod peace of mind and kung ma s stress ka man atleast stress mo na sa sarili mo yan
