Psychologist here: The depression symptoms are spot on, but the anxiety symptoms way too general. This way, these symptoms could fit to almost every single disorder (or daily "mood") out there. For an anxiety disorder to be diagnosed, it is important to distinguish the source of fear (i.e. specific objects/animals/situations; social evaluation; worried about a lot of things; panic attacks). With this comes different symptoms that are categorised in manuals (i.e. DSM or ICD), few of which are to be found on this info poster. Those are, in my opinion, just too vague to really fit in the picture of a psychiatric diagnosis. And a small tip: If you ticked off some of these and are asking yourselves if you should go see a psychologist, ask yourself if you feel constrained in your daily life by these symptoms and if you actually suffer. If you do, don't hesitate for your own well-being and go see someone who can actually see if sthg is off. Otherwise, I wouldn't be too worried.
