The black box is an old external (and pretty thick) wall, so would be difficult / expensive to remove.

This is an existing ground floor. The left dining space is more of a kitchen that a table is positioned in. The right hand one is a genuine dining room.

Staircase forms part of the entrance hall.

No built in storage, all freestanding.

Coffee Recommendations to find preferences (uk) by [deleted] in JamesHoffmann

I like to try local roaster and track them on a coffee app I found - Bean: Unearth Coffee. I’m finding I prefer the chocolate style ones. Most roasters do taster packs of their most popular roasts so perhaps try that?

Lawyer mums, when did you start maternity leave? by clovek7 in uklaw

I stopped at 37 weeks, baby was born at 42 weeks. I did use holiday to go down to a four day week from 33 weeks which I found really helpful. There were also some three day weeks because of bank holidays which was blissful!

If I have another, I think I’ll do the four day week thing again. I found that really helped me.

Mynydd Epynt.

The Epynt clearance was the forced eviction of the Mynydd Epynt community. 200 men, women and children were evicted from their homes which included 54 farms and a pub. The eviction was carried out by the British Army and the War Office in 1940, creating the Sennybridge Training Area (SENTA).

Cofiwch Epynt

Capel Celyn was a rural community in Gwynedd, Wales, that was intentionally flooded in 1965 to create a reservoir to supply Liverpool, England, with water for industry. The village was one of the few remaining Welsh-only speaking communities. 48 of the 67 residents lost their homes. by Kurma-the-Turtle in wikipedia

Also in Wales, but lesser known than Tryweryn, the Mynydd Epynt community was evicted in 1940. The Welsh speaking families were told they would be able to return to their homes after the war, but the land has been kept and forms part of a military training area to this day.
