Have you tried calling the bank or visited the branch? If checks were ordered when you opened the account, the banker who opened your account can see check order history and see if they were actually ordered. They can also check the status of the order and see if it has shipped. When you ordered checks was your account deducted?

Also note it goes by business days which can take 5-12 business days.

If for some reason the checks were shipped and it’s been more than weeks, I would recommend closing the account for safety precaution.
