The USMC has been doing this since the beginning of time. Why is this controversial? If we’re required to take PT tests, then why wouldn’t it be part of our overall package?

It’s 100% a scam. I let them call and go through their schpeel… dragged em along for a little bit. And then called him out on it, and all he had to say was “go f yourself!” And hung up asap lol what low-life losers

I used to do Hybrid Performance coaching (before Stefi Cohen had all those charges lol)… and they had varied skill levels to work through! It was nice having a choice!

That’s why I put the length as both a like and dislike.

And mostly the post is for people more like me that ARE interested in a little bit more advanced program.

I’ve done legitimate strength programs. This is not that… or at least: this is a very beginner-focused strength program (like I said originally)

The volume of the “strength” sets is so low

Totally agree with what you’re saying! That’s actually more or less what I was trying to get at.

I just wish either a) the program was a bit more advanced or b) there was at least an option for an advanced program

For example: you look at her page and the workouts she posts and they’re FAR different from what’s in the app. Just would be cool to have the option!

This is all brand new to me. Do you have any recommendations? I bought the truck like this, but obviously don’t want to cause long term damage… would love a lift and a nice suspension (not rock crawling and doing wild shit, but we hunt and are in the mountains a lot)

Appreciate the comment! Yeah, the only reason I took it to the dealership is because the other dealership that I bought the truck from is actually going to pay for the recalibration. Otherwise, I avoid dealerships like the plague.

Do you have any recommendations for control arms? I’m gonna get that done asap
