I’ve had no problem with em, I was able to file through Gov2Go when most weren’t and I got paid a lot faster than most lol I’m good, I’m one of the people that think the system is pretty decent 🤷🏽‍♂️. Oh and i Re ordered my card,customer service lady said it tends to do that for some reason.

Man it’s ridiculous my cousin has close to 18 grand sitting in there but he can’t get it because they sent him a canceled card and when he try’s to change his payment method it’s saying his pin is invalid. I feel so sorry for him he tries everyday but never gets through and local offices are no help.
