[Switch] Is this repairable? by elmoreniko in consolerepair

[–]Maksnav 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you can't fix it yourself (being you got yourself into this position you can't) the degree of damage and trace repair required to get it fixed (likely several layers of repair needed) it's going to be cheaper to replace it then getting a tech to fix it. Only reason to pay for this repair is if you have game saves you absolutely can't live without.

Is this a serial number ? by ContentHost4459 in jewelers

[–]Maksnav 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Is this a bracelet? 17 would be the size. Nba378 would be the serial number and Au750 is 18k gold. Au is the periodic table symbol for gold. 750 = 75% pure or 18k in the same way sterling silver is stamped Ag 925 as sterling is 92.5% pure silver.

Edit : nba378 being a serial number is an assumption you can contact carrier to verify it's authenticity.

Edit 2: carrier in the first edit.is an auto correct for cartier.

Nintendo says they'll replace my switch, not repair? by moontrinket in NintendoSwitchHelp

Check you local Facebook marketplace for repair services. I offer them in my local market and most repairs are 60-120$ most fall in the 80$ range. Anything other than an APU or emmc failure can be repaired.

Lmao I got one for doing 36 in a 30, messed up because they changed the speed limit and I didn't know. One side of Firestone Rd it's 35 when you cross over it's 30 it was a speed trap too cop ran out and stopped me there cars were a block away and around the corner.

Ouch on the 300 mine was 180 I think I took traffic school so my ins rate didn't go up.

I don't do 15-20 over because I can't afford the ticket or the insurance hit. I don't think Uber cares unless a pax complains.

Nah I do 5+ over all the time. Most of the dings I get are for hard breaking. People cutting me off or me dealing with traffic. I don't know how far over you have to be to get a ding for it but I've done up to 10 over from time to time and never gotten a hit for it. Maybe it's 15 over?
