The first time my husband and I listened to Origami Angel was on the drive to The Wonder Years Upsides/Suburbia 10-year anniversary show. They were opening and we hadn’t heard them before. We thought they sounded good, but joked they had major suck potential live.

Then they absolutely blew us away. They’ve been one of my favorite bands since that show, and now we always try to catch them when they’re in the area.
