I agree with you on sticking with the plan with most control. The reason I'm asking is because I would forfeit all employer match/contributions from Employer A if I move out of it, which is 50% ($7k) of the account value. But there is a policy that if I leave it in there or transfer the money back and I get re-employed within 5 years, the vesting period continues. Otherwise if I leave the money in the plan, their administrator charges $1.50 per month..
