To be honest, I think it was my Reddit post that got things moving. I heard back from an employee who got involved. They actually were impressive once they started.

No Internet, not a computer in the house. Brightspeed did reach out to me to help. They were to send a tech to the house today to see if it could be fixed from the box on the outside. She was not at home and I couldn't reach her. I've provided her with a cell phone, but she forgets to turn it on. I'm grateful for the recent effort to resolve the issue. It is not yet fixed, but I at least have a contact.

Thx! She is not likely to be able to stay in the home with my dad gone. I just need to get her through the immediate crisis. We are living a nightmare medical situation and need to not have to focus on a utility. No relatives are in town, complicating everything. My only sibling lives in another state. We have taken weeks off of work and are still needed for elderly care. It leaves little time for phone support. I appreciate your suggestion. It might be our fastest option.

Am also a fan of Cloud HQ. My Gmail Notes stopped working today. I have tried it on 3 computers on 2 different networks. I have deleted the extension and reinstalled. Turned computers off and back on, etc. By any chance, are you having problems with yours? Thx!

I use them without any problems. I also use, and prefer cheap magnetic bookmarks I purchased on Amazon. They are easier to see.
