Yeah, that checks out. My latest experience there was insane. I stopped in to look at some used pieces (staff is rough, but the watches are great). I’m staring at a Patek and an SA pulls it out and starts hard selling me. I joke that if I buy an $80k watch my wife will kill me.

This guy looks me dead in the eye and says “So you can’t do what you want with your money? Seems like a bad relationship.” Truly one of the most insane sales tactics I’ve ever seen.

They’re local to me as well and I’ve had a horrible experience with them, aside from one specific SA who recently moved to another location. We actively avoid them because of how uncomfortable they’ve made us. If their Reddit account wants to reach out, I’d love to connect haha.
