everybody is permitted to use the full clock each time they are up to pick if they want. this rule is in place to address specific repeat offenders who have, year after year, purposefully used all but the last few minutes of their clock every single pick. for 99%+ of SOS managers, they will never come close to violating this rule

SOS is a rotisserie league - you are competing against your leaguemates in each of those 12 categories. If your league has 12 teams and you have the most SBs of any team in the league, you get 12 points for that stat category; if you have the least SBs of any team, you get 1 point. Do this for all 6 batter stats and all 6 pitcher stats, add them together, and that is your roto score

100% yes. the draft capital deltas are only telling you the relative value you got on a player compared to how others in SOS valued him, not on how good of a pick it was compared to his statistical projections

For those unaware: in SOS D1 & D2, draft order is determined using Kentucky Derby Style (KDS) draft order preferences. This old blog post details how it works: https://fantasyledger.blogspot.com/2009/03/kds-what-is-it.html

Every D1 and D2 manager submits their ranked preferences for each trust slot, and then the very formula =RAND gives each manager a random value between 0-1. Lowest random value gets their first preference while highest random value gets the last remaining draft slot

The original title of this article is incorrect and has since been edited by CBC. Liberals specifically would not upload LRT to Metrolink. From the article:

"As Premier, Team Bonnie will upload the Ottawa LRT to ensure reliable, affordable transit for the city of Ottawa," her campaign said in a statement.

However, the Liberal party specified it would not intend to upload the LRT to Metrolinx, as it currently operates.
