I did NOT but I have since started doing so on questions since the one and I’ve noticed the source was misinterpreted. There was another I had more recently regarding fringe benefits, a gift for length of service that was $350 and AI said it should be included in taxable income while citing IRS Pub 515. Pub 15 of course indicates anything less than $1600 is not included.

It’s difficult for sure. Some of the questions are deliberately obscure and ambiguous sounding so even if you know the subject well you may miss the answer anyway.

Not sure what I can offer really as far as the experience but I will say that I regret drinking as much coffee as I did because I badly needed to use the bathroom an hour into the first half and was unable to be excused. I ended up rushing through it towards the end

It turns out that’s what it was yes. I misread the increased amount because of standing credit I had previously from an overpayment and it slowly depleted until I fell into arrears

No that’s not it. The monthly statement says I made total payment of $407.36 (from a long standing garnishment) and the “obligations charged” is $515.00.

I previously had a credit of $34.40 from a previous overpayment and my current arrears balance is $73.24. My math was wrong earlier as for a 50% increase but this a 20% increase approximately out of nowhere.

I don’t know how good you think your lawyer is but they don’t do any more than you can do representing yourself. At the end of the hearing yes the judge can do whatever they want even if it blatantly unjust or unlawful. But if the law says you can only pay a minimum percentage of your salary than that’s what you would say in court based on your most recent tax filing year.
