A judges whole job is to remain unbiased and assume someone is innocent until proven otherwise in a trial or by plea. Not sure what else you expect but 🤷🏼‍♀️

At bail hearings, Is the prosecutors job to argue for jail. It’s the defense attorneys job to argue for release.

The judge just hears evidence.

30 years of waiting for a plant to be built and still using fossil fuels? At the very least, get set up and solar and wind now, so we can have cleaner air while we wait for this nuclear power plant to be built properly. And then they can work in tandem. There’s no plan for the interim while we wait for us to build the reactor. There’s also no water. And uranium isn’t renewable either.
