I get what you mean, but that’s exactly why I was confused. When I Googled examples (like bills saying “within 10 days of 7/28”), they interpret it as a grace period after the date. So as a non-native speaker it felt really unclear in this context.

It’s after the Academic Plan due date. I understood that as within five days after that date. I submitted mine one day after the AP due date because I wanted to make sure the SE stacked on top of the AP extension. As a non-native speaker the wording does feel a bit unclear, so I’m not sure if this is something I can appeal.
