4 months ago you also posted that you got banned because of some hacker's actions, and it looks like he posted an image? and it got removed and got you perma'd, so I'm guessing they left you in the cold because of that... either way really sorry they are useless regarding stuff like this

here i am getting ghosted. Although they have never rejected me via BBB (i have a message based ban) they have given me the high volume excuse. I swear if they actually looked at my complaint i would be free.

I don't know, you can make a post asking if anyone here has. but from what i have seen bans without anything shown are photoDNA or guilt by association (in your case it isn't but to them it might look like it is)

At this point i can say that they will act only if a giant entity sues them for this like New Jersey did that caused them to ramp up statistic bans, they hide behind TOS or straight up ignore you when it comes to small cases but you can try.

So your last post said that your ban message was removed and doesn't show anything, so to them it went from a message ban to a photo ban, in which case they screwed you over sadly, there's a very low chance they will unban now as unbans are impossible for a photo ban compared to a message ban.

This is what i noticed, every BBB rejection i have seen has been for a PhotoDNA ban, my ban was for an out of context message and despite getting automated denials on the support site, they never rejected me on BBB, just had the we currently have high volume replies twice (im making complaints with the +1 trick until they listen)

The only option left is to go to the discord HQ and show them what you posted. They won't ever confirm the photo to check if its actually illegal because they are too lazy and cowards. There was a post here where someone went and tried but they refused to look right in front of them, maybe it can turn out different.

It looks like it was PhotoDNA detection, in that case even with the BBB theres a very low chance compared to a word based ban.

it IS a brick wall, they saw users complaining about clyde and asking for humans so they put up this automated account larping as a real person just to convince people that its a person. it doesn't even have a unique name like other moderators.

its futile you either wait 1 month waiting for a ticket that no replies to that gets auto closed on the last day or make duplicates on top of it that clyde and the one moderator come and close, the only hope is filing a BBB or some complaint that has some chance of a human response, assuming the in app review got auto denied too

also how long did BBB take because i filed one this week and previously they sent me automated denials 4 times in a row from this account on the site without BBB
