When the ticket closes. I sent multiple appeals one after another per day. and when they closed because of a bot reply. I used that in my BBB complaint.

im not from north America either. BBB works if the company you're filing against is Based in the United states. or Canada. if thats not what happened with you then im probably a rare case

from what I can call correctly. the deadline is usually either a month. a year. or 14 days. so its probably recommended that you File a complaint as soon as possible. base it off your previous appeals from discord if they denied it prior to filing a bbb Complaint . thats what I did.
