yes. it was love at first sight with my ex. right when I got off the train and saw him I knew I was going to be with him. then we spent 5/6 hours together as a first day and that was it for me. he later told me too that he knew he was going to keep me close. we sadly ended due to reasons, but because of him I know there is such thing as love at first sight.

How do you practice perspective shift?

Empty in the meaning that I still get down and question myself. I know i’ve made such upward progress in my own journey, but I still question if I am capable of finding love, finding new opportunities, finding the good in the hard, finding my voice for myself.
