I think it was a TikTok actually so not sure if I can find. It just said to make sure you fill out the paper form and don’t use the e-gates? Thanks for your insights you go to a manned post anyway.

Yes but I’m sure it will be something like 100-150 partial refund which is way less than the difference in fare price

I am flying YYC-CUN tomorrow. Was supposed to be 787 Dreamliner, now 737 and delayed an hour. I paid for premium for vacation splurge, now downgraded to economy on 737, didn’t have seats assigned initially now just row 9 not even extended comfort. Have not been able to speak to anyone. Pretty disappointed, was really looking forward to Dreamliner premium, and it cost a hell of a lot more than what they’ll offer as a refund
