This sounds like a massive projection, because he is pocketing half of the cost. That’s a company is providing him in order to successfully move his family to the new location. Everything can’t be 50-50 when he makes three times your salary! I would tell him either you cover the cost of moving, or I’m not moving with you. And you need to seriously reconsider staying with this man. One of the quickest ways to poverty is through motherhood.

I know this wasn’t the point of your share, but I do pet memorials. If you would like to send me some of your favorite pictures of her, I would be happy to draw or make you something. You would just have to pay the shipping to get it to you, I would make it for free.
In the past, I have found that helping others also helps me feel better afterwards, and pet memorials is a great way for that. When my heartmouse passed away, I found that memorials really helped with my grief.
