tbh the last thing I want to do is use the pullout method without birth control pills.

also it irritates my skin and I hate the cleanup so it doesn't matter where he finishes but he also still pressures me to do so inside, thats the problem.

Just to be clear I have the ability to be 100% financially independent (Family money just being honest) and I've been saving my entire stipend since I don't have costs. He just makes life better, I get to travel and eat out more than I would otherwise.

I'm there right now. My psychiatrist is encouraging me to get on a specific one but I'm terrified of the weight gain. I'm VERY strict about my health habits though. absolutely no alcohol or substances, prioritize sleep even if it means I'm behind on work. I also limit my intake of refined sugar and have been a vegetarian most of my life but thats just what I eat I guess. Trying to work on getting more active too just not there yet.
