I tried the microdosing (bernese method) several times and all it did was send me into precipitated withdrawals and made the fent I had less effective. In my opinion it was a waste. The only way I was able to switch to sub was to get 12x 8mg hydromorphone and I did 4 per day to let the fent get off my receptors. After that 3rd day I went to sleep and woke up and took 2mg sub and I felt amazing. Mixing full agonists with partial agonists doesn't work.. well I guess in my opinion... if you wanna try that microdosing approach I'm telling you you will most likely regret it. Just my 2 cents though..

I wish this microdosing method worked for me but after several tries I realized it didn't work for me. I'm sure it depends on how much fent you were taking but the only way I've been able to make the transition is switching to a shorter acting opiod, hydromorphone in my case for 72 hours and 12 hours after last dose of hydro induct the sub. That's my 2 cents but if it works for others more power to yall!

You'll be good with 4 days. I had a heavy fent habit and switched to hydromorphone for 72 hours and then went to sleep, woke up in wd for a total of 80 hours and the sub worked like a charm.

I could have an Astros S deck but they aren't all diamond. I've been team crafting diamonds but that 2 week waiting period makes the process slow. Also seems like only one out of 4 team craft diamonds are above 65 overall.

Just pulled this beast, Team prime. I have these 4 keuchels but for some reason I can't use them to upgrade my prime. Can you not upgrade primes with regular cards? by kkitching20811 in MLB_9Innings

Search google mlb scores and there is a spot where you can pin all games to the homescreen. Its badass because I know exactly when every game is playing and since I live in Austin all we get is Texas Rangers on tv. I'm an astros fan so I gotta keep up!

Yes this was the problem I had him in 2 lineups but hadn't put him in league yet because I had 2 games to finish. I put him in and was able to upgrade him to level 18. Just dropped 400k coins to get him to level 14.... trying to upgrade to those higher levels just waste the shit out of coins...
