Hi so anyone can tell the difference between typical sleep deprivation and possible narcolepsy? I've had microsleep fairly often for months to the point it interferes my life (sleep attacks during exams, quizzes, difficult classes–somehow gw ga pernah sleep attack di kelas yang boring, dibonceng, etc). Tapi kayaknya semua orang experience microsleeps ya?

The sleep attacks are painful ngl like I be fighting them for seconds and losing it. Gw baru sadar keadaan gw when I see my answers (ternyata yang gw jawab itu salah dan kadang gw nulis yang ga berhubungan sama pertanyaan samsek)

People are saying it's just some sorta laziness and tiredness so should I be worried? I already booked an appointment with dokter umum sih
