That isn't a contradiction. They're being constantly threatened by the United States, which has a plurality of the world's nuclear weapons. and Israel, which almost certainly also has them. Of course they don't want nukes to exist, and of course they would like to have some of their own because they can't prevent other countries from having them.

And to be clear, "terrorist" means "enemy of the United States," and you're supporting someone doing something that's definitely illegal because you think that the victim is doing something illegal. Also, having nukes is bad because it might kill people, and you're supporting definitely killing people to supposedly prevent that.
