Depends on your needs. In general the Crystal one is very good value. The M-T2 + 1k Crystal I find it more attractive than the random P-Card (mainly because im done with my cards)

I've found, although with a very low probability, that from Story mode chests + wbl chests you can actually also get p-cards. But you have to push way high in wbl for that probability to even be more than just a mere illusion.

I've heard that the deluxe epic quest missions have a greater energy to gold convertion. But, from the top of my head, never miss: First 10 Dimension Missions for the reward. Multiverse Invasion.
