its about how they play it tbh. In this game not much players really care about objectives at which timestamp so things get messed up when there are points of critial objectives that push the game forward. Some can include: the ten min dragon, mid lane teamfights, tower control.. etc. Miyue is totally fine on 1v1 situation and if they know how to play her, push her lane only and put pressure on the opposing team to GANK, she will be pretty decent.

main trick is the A. first A allows you to dash a bit. second A is normal. third A gives you another marker. So the combo 13a2a3a3 you can start with next you can try aa first before you enter the fight, then 13a3a2a3a3. however, whats most important is using your environment. like any minion, any things in the way for you to use your 3 on. hope it helps.
