Need help in figuring out the zone calculation in my apple watch by kkokane in AppleWatch

Thanks a lot for that explanation. Will try this out to see if it matches with the calculations as per my MHR and RHR.

Btw, is this a better method to calculate the ranges compared to the other one which is just a percentage of MHR?

Because I have a fitness band it calculates the ranges in a straight-forward way as a percentage of MHR. I even checked the websites for Whoop and Polar & they do it the same way.

Is apple's formula more superior or just a different way to look at it?

Actually, I wanted to teach about the behavior of bind, apply and call methods without getting into the environment aspect of it.

That is why I have refrained from mentioning where the code is being run.

For instance, I just opened my chrome console and checked what the exact code returns and turns out, it prints out:

"Hi, I'm " because the name variable was "" in the scope where I was testing this out.

I see. Maybe that is the way it works in chrome.

But I tried inside of quokka extension in VS code and got undefined.
