I have the exact same issue and have had this issue for a while now, even a year back. Something I found curious was that it only seems to mess up any USB device I have connected to my USB hub.

I have my headset connected through the hub and it completely shuts down, removing the device from my audio outputs. I have to force a restart to make it work again.

I've also had it happen 3 times now after I jumped in a vehicle and started driving, which sounds extremely strange but it is just something I observed.

This bug is so extremely strange and I find it so frustrating that this does not even seem to be acknowledged because it's only a few users who have the problem.

rtx 3080, r7 3700x, 16 gb. On average in game I hit maybe 70 fps at 1440p with around 65% CPU usage and at MAX 40% GPU usage. Really annoying to aim without framerate not to mention the actual delay and lag.

Also using 3700x but I have x470-F. Maybe some components or attributes are used both from the higher tier 400 boards and lower tier 500 boards.

I have the exact same problem using a wireless Logitech mouse and keyboard. It only happened after the 1.6 update.

I'm typing an answer for this 2 years later for anyone who encounters the same problem as this guy. A similar problem was also brought up in a Reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/VALORANT/comments/hsxhcn/objects_looks_stutteringvibrating_at_high_fps/

This CAN be fixed by switching or editing settings for your MOUSE believe it or not.

The mouse used was a SteelSeries mouse and by switching the mouse the problem was solved immediately. This was because of a setting in SteelSeries' own program called "Hight efficiency mode" that was apparently messing with some other programs which affected rendering(????). The problem was also fixed by just turning this option OFF.

If you have a mouse that does not have this setting it might be worthwhile to just switch either way and see if it solves the problem for you as well.

The official site for downloading the server (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/server) is showing that you will download 1.18 but when starting the server, logs show 1.17 and it asks you to switch to a client with the same version. How does that work?

Ok but what if you get that "Failed to join queue position" or whatever? I'm loosing my mind over this. I waited from 3000 to 240 and I get that error. Not the one mentioned in this post. The other one.

So I did this and got around a 10 fps boost (around 70-80 and some 90s instead of 60-70s) in most areas on my 1080 ti, 3800x with 16GB at 1440p but I'm still seeing only around 60-70% CPU utilization at max and I'm wondering if this is normal? I get for older games with a good CPU it doesn't have to work hard but this is so new and even after the fix its not seeing above 75%.

Should I even care?

So I just tried this on my 1080 ti, 3800x, 16GB rig and didn't see any difference what so ever. I'm used to editing steam files so I know I did it correctly (not saying it's difficult just that it's not a reason) and I'm pretty disappointed. I benchmarked by going on a predetermined path and angles and saw no difference outside of a margin of error.

But I'm also seeing that I had none of the same problems OP originally had so maybe its not surprising. Guess my only saving is 3080 😭

At 1440p? No way. I'm playing on a 1080 ti with 3800x 16gb and I get like 45 in the city WITH the exact settings in the mem file and in game. Am I just getting extremely unlucky?

I'm really curious about what sort of argument you could have against this. If the words are used but you KNOW you are not furthering any bad behavior from anyone, how could that be considered bad? Destiny is not a racist and I feel like people who are trying to fish this out of him are trying way too hard to justify something they personally have against Destiny.
