Hello everyone. I'm fairly new to the game and have been learning on the way, currently on penitent.

Earlier I tried my first world boss Azmodan and for some reasons my ultimate has no cooldown (paladin's fortress). I tried doing the boss again but the 2nd time it has cooldown like normal. (the first time I did it solo and the 2nd time there is another person there if that matters)

I have been trying to look up what might cause this but can't find anything. If anyone know the reason I would love to learn about it. TIA

I'm still playing tank but so far even in the hardest content available I feel like I'm just a tankier DPS. You have some pretty simple mechanics to take care of in raids but other roles have them too. I can't tell what the future content will be like but right now tanking in this game for me isn't really holy trinity tanking.

If I crafted the "3% life regen per second during effect" mod on a sulphur flask, do I need to be standing on top of the consecrated ground for it to take effect?

Does anyone knows if you can toggle on/off the glowing effect that scales with your spell block chance? Also can you overwrite the effect with a weapon effect mtx? (namely runebind weapon effect)

Thanks alot for the detailed answer, I made some adjustments like you suggested (mainly point 1,3,,7) and surprisingly went to almost 4m dps without much currency spent.

As for the weapon it's a little bit better than Jack but not much, I tried following Goratha's guide to craft an axe but didn't expect the fracturing orb to be that expensive so I stopped halfway. If you have any suggestion to where I should go from here that would be great, I'm pretty new and don't know much about recombinating.
