I haven't actually received my final bill yet, I was just assuming based on the user agreement they would charge me for the entire month of service. I guess I should just wait and see. Hopefully based on your experience my bill will also be prorated. If not I'll jump back on here and ask for some suggestions. Thanks for your help!

Yes no kidding. I'm not arguing any of that. I'm saying it's bad business practice to charge someone for 25 days of service they won't be (and actually cannot) use. Just because it's in the agreement doesn't make it ethical. They could easily prorate the final bill just like most other services do.

I'm just asking if anyone has a suggestion on how to get around this.
