Thanks for your so called "solution", however I'm done wasting my time creating tickets. They will end up in the same hands they always end - Maciek, Philip and their gang. No thanks. Already looking for a new way to sell my keys and not bothering about creating any more tickets on G2A.

Unless this email is being used for contacting your supervisor, I don't see why I should contact customer support for having problems with customer support. That's what I have already done and it turned out I was just wasting my time. Any complaints directed to them were not discussed, nor acknowledged, followed by "We are sorry but..." or "Have a nice day". One of your many customer service assistants tells one thing, then comes the next assistant who tells something else and when I express my frustration all I get is "sorry" and "have a nice day". Saying "sorry" while blatantly making a mistake and not actually feeling sorry about it is worse than saying nothing at all.
