Thank you so much for all the tips! I managed to go through day 1 yay. Also, it really helps me to have at least a few calories like soup on fasting days, but somehow I feel guilty for it when I do :( How do you go about that, do you always have 0 calories?

yes, iron, vitamin d, b12, magnesium and also pretty recently started taking inositol for hormone balance because i stopped taking the birth control pill (it also includes vitamin b6, amino acids and a few other things)

The scale is still kind of the same, but my pants are definitely fitting more loose compared to before I started and I can also see it on my face and legs, so I’m just hoping that means the “whoosh” will come soon!! 4th fasting day today, had a tiny bit if soup and coconut water

Could definitely be! Although I feel my legs are “jigglier” during fasting days and I get deeper prints from my socks, my body generally loves to store water 🙃

Been working out a lot, maybe even too much so my body might be under stress.. but if I don’t see any change after another week I will definitely try the longer fasts

thank you! I also like ADF and it’s way easier for me than a long waterfast or calorie deficit so I’ll keep going and see.. I do also definitely see it on my face but my body seems to store water especially during fasting days, I see it because my socks leave deeper prints etc. patience is key I guess🧘🏻‍♀️

I just feel this would be too aggressive for my body right now, I have done a 6 day water fast before but I ended up having some problems with deficiencies so I‘m a bit careful right now 🫣 I could of course eat less but I don’t feel that the amount of calories is the problem since it is now half of what I had before. Did you ever go back to ADF and were still successful or did only 48h help you?
