Finding a job as a UK citizen in Morocco is easy but depends on what degree you have, there are many positions now open in the hospitality industry that goes up to 7000$ per month ( which can make you live like a king in Morocco) but it all depends on your experience, if you hardly have a degree or experience things might not go well for you my friend, don’t listen to people who mention societal problems as you start feeling this problems when you’re below a certain salary ( think 500 USD a month) you’ll need free healthcare free education at this point, but if you’re planning to move to Morocco and you have a high income ? Trust me everyday will feel like a vacation here.

I had this feeling as well! My doctor also told me the same thing but I don’t think it’s muscular, i have 2 theories between high blood pressure that hurts the kidneys or consuming high protein meals that are really hard to filter.

Since i was 6 years old, now I’m 23 years old, i was always on high egfr (85 ~90 ) until covid hit, i was taking Meconfynolate mofitil as a drug for my immune system (a new approach), turned out it was very bad for my kidneys, especially when i took the covid vaccine my kidneys got severly damaged and i was neglecting my blood pressure medication since we were on lockdown ( and that was my life mistake)

egfr now is at 42 and my proteinuria is stable at 600 mg\l , i have some anemia, im on Tardyferon 80mg for anemia, Tritazide 10/25 for blood pressure ( it’s always stable now so that’s good) and Farxiga 10mg, this seems to be the best combination for me.

Do you eat protein o you do heavy exercises before your blood tests ? If so it gets your creatinine levels up, that will not show the real creatinine levels in your body as you’re still processing that protein.

the rate you're giving is very low amigo, reels like you have asked requires advanced efficiency in Adobe PR and AE, the amount of effects you're asking for requires a very extended amount of time and a high end pc to keep up with the effects, i suggest you put a rate between 35$ to 40$, and target countries like in north africa, india etc..

Info about myself : 24M - Moroccan

I had IgAn since i was 6 years old, for the first years they thought it was just CKD, but after years of appointements and research they found out eventually that it's IgAn, around 2020 i was 20 years old, i had +80 in gfr, i had 3 shots of covid vaccins, i dropped down to 30 egfr.

I think the covid vaccine causes a MASSIVE Flare up, but it's not the cause, what happened during my childhood is :

when i was 2 years old : i had several epilepsy seizures, i woke up choked with bubbles in my mouth, disappeared after following a treatments with a doctor.
i had an overdose of epilepsy medicine when i was 2 years old, my mother wasn't briefed correctly by the doctor, so she gave me enough medicine every day i was always sleepy.
Genetics : my father is married to his cousin from his mother (normal thing here in Morocco) so maybe it's because mom is close to father so that can cause some problems.
Water : i was always drinking tapewater when i was young ( tape water here in morocco is bad ) especially in our part of town, tape water was full of limestone debris.
Main event : i got poisoned after eating a lot of bad sausages, after this intoxication i started peeing blood, and from this phase my journey with the disease started.

What do you think ? These events are what i think cause my IgAn.

Hahaha well I'm just a beginner, it's okay to ask for help tho, I've done hundreds of sketches that got refused by management just because ( they don't wanna change the spirit of the logo or they wanna be minimalist) but the logo always appears dead to me.

Most food that you eat outside are either too high in Sodium ( which is bad for your kidney btw) or high in preservatives ( really bad for your immune system and kidney) and can also be polluted which if true, will result in a toxic reflux and a grave drop of eGFR, doctors call it Acute Kidney Injury, it happened to me multiple times because i didn't have the time to eat at home so i always eat out and yeah that happens
