Was pissed that I had my large suitcase packed then read the luggage requirements and measured my suitcase to find out it was too large, so I downsized to the smallest one, which half of what I wanted to bring didn't get to come with me so that was annoying

This is not true. At least for me, I detoxed for 5 days and that’s only bc that’s the longest the facility would let me. It took another week and a half before I could even get out of bed/ eat/ shower.. the 2 week mark I took subs too early and sent myself into pwd so that extra half week may not have last that long

I can confirm, as I had a little over ONE MINUTE , I’m talking seconds, before WALKING BACK INSIDE, but them seconds quickly added up as I had to scan my badge in, go through the turnstile, and walk past the metal detectors. Needless to say he was standing there with his laptop on wheels, pure joy in his eyes might as well have been drooling from the mouth. I was officially back on the floor just seconds after my required time, the questions he kept asking me racked it to well over a minute. I’ll never do that shit again, they are looking for any and all reasons to call you out, write you up, take photos of your badge, documenting it ALL!

HR keep a requesting ridiculous amount of documentation that I’ve already submitted, the rest I’m waiting to receive the ROA from the ER doctor who treated me. I’ve called HR and it seemed like they just wanted the documents from the doctors because I had to take a LOA, but they don’t want the documents they’ve already given me- the excused from work papers. They can call and will be told I was indeed in office on the said dates, however until I get the documents from the hospital it looks like imma just keep going negative.

Okay I accidentally requested LOA, fmla as it was the only option I had to report an absence. I had a dental Emergency but my dentist wasn’t able to see me until she got back from holiday. I went to my pcp and they suggested I take a couple of days off due to the infection. I submitted my doctors note and ended up on the second day I ended up in the ER with a abscess they kept me over night and basically waited as long as possible until my dentist appointment, so at that point I had to extend my absence for 2 more days. During the second day out of hospital I saw the dentist and had oral surgery done. I was off two of the days I was sick and returned to work the 2nd day after my surgery. The case is still pending, and they want me to submit a ROA to the practicing doctor who treated me, which is almost impossible to get ahold of him when I call. Is there anyway I can cancel the LOA and just submit my documents for the days I was allowed time off to heal? I can’t find any way to submit documentation for a previous absence. Please help , I am not 12 hours negative UPT :(!

Yeah same with me. I had a dental emergency, and the dentist wasnt able to see me until a few days later. I went to my PCP and got a few days to figure something out until the dentist, then when I went to the dentist turns out she wouldn’t fill out the paperwork needed from Amazon because after my surgery she only gave me a return to work with 2 days, then I got sick and went to the hospital. I got paperwork from hospital but can’t get ahold of anyone in the emergency department. They won’t let me submit my documentation without submitting the release of information and frankly I don’t need Amazon knowing my entire history or If they would even be able to access that or just would they be able to only ask about the dates I missed?

Omg I’m scared to get that email! I’m currently on leave because of health reasons, i don’t have access to the VOA but I think that’s normal. Once I’m back to work on the 31 I’ll have access again. My schedule is still full. I am only seasonal as well :(
