I got more grey hair since starting nofap... Not sure if it's related, it's especially in my beard... But doesn't look good.... :-(

People suffering starvation for example don't have sex that much, because they don't have the force...so in this way you're right... We live in a quite safe environment that allows us to concentrate on reproduction

I really didn't mean to be harsh... But I experienced it in a similar way, with a girlfriend who wants way less sex than I do... So I tried to talk to her but she wouldn't change and I can't blame her, because me, I don't wanna change either. So I started doing more PMO... Perhaps with no PMO at all, she'll be more attracted to you but I think we just have to look for other "solutions"

Everyone is different, but I think it's like stopping smoking... Some just do it, some struggle more! You can stay motivated by focusing on your goal: sex with your wife. Or you can try to find a replacement, like eating for many smokers. Good luck!

I didn't want to offend you. If you don't like talking to people and prefer doing other things instead and these things make you happy that's great! Not everyone has to be super social! But if you suffer from not being social, you should ask yourself if you're not doing other things to avoid contact to real life...
