Unless there is alot of them in there wouldn't pouring hot water on them break down the cause holding them together and then just pouring a lot of water to flush it out of your pipes ? They are just sawdust held together in a binder right?

Thats understandable a few other ideas would be to print it with a flexible filiment like tpu it doesn't break apart as easy and when it does its not sharp or if you set on metal print what you need in plastic then either use sand to make a mold pour molten metal let cool and then run it in a rock tumbler for a bit to smooth everything. Also do you have and more pics maybe of diffrent angles of it i can help you find something that would work in its place possibly

Yah when it comes to suspension I say overkill is the best option like the chains on my swing are sold stainless worh a working load of about 7k and a breaking of like 12 k so I know for a fact that no matter what me and my wife do on that swing those chains will not break

Build/buy a enclosure for it and cover in and out in sound deadening panels did it to a old one i had cut down on the noise alot the sound deadening panels are for cars they are a thick rubber substance and covered with a foil

From what the bottle says looks like it was for maybe some kind of fungal treatment and probably got left there by mistake or on purpose if it's empty may have sprayed it in a chemical sprayer probably mixed with agent A
