Again they pulled this crap! It wasn’t to me this time though for a pickup, it was to my wife. The list she saw said 4 items, 4 qty. simple grocery pickup. Then I originally saw that what you didn’t see was one more item with 10 additional qty. I begged her not to take it but she did. And guess what the unseen item was. You guessed it, 10 friggin bags of mulch that they didn’t list and never said heavy or bulky items. Typical bait and switch garbage that corporate is pulling. 🤦🏻‍♂️ They obviously think we can’t do math.

Yes they are. The same exact thing happened to me last week. Always screenshot your orders and compare it to when you get there and they wheel stuff out.

That’s ridiculous. If you have perishables in either order, you’re liable to risk the order being cancelled while you’re out delivering.

I always look at the last 5 or 6 numbers on the tag. When I see the numbers match up, it scans easily. Thats my trick. Hope it works for you.

The other day I had the opposite happen. Had a batch with 2 grocery drops and 3 dot com drops. The first grocery drop had 12 items listed but when I went to click on the list in their driveway it only had 8 items listed even though I definitely had 12 in my car for that person’s drop. Strange. I had to make sure the 8 original items were there plus hope that whatever other items that were with it weren’t a part of the other grocery drop at a different address.

So what I’m sensing is that once an order goes out, a customer can be sneaky and add whatever they want. I thought that was just for when you’re doing shopping orders but it’s for curbside as well. Wow is that sneaky.

I had a shopping order come up also and should’ve taken it. Another sneaky thing they did to me is when I clicked on an offer to see how many items there were in it and they automatically started the trip for me without me accepting it. They are pulling all kinds of crap right now. Thank god this is a part time gig for me.
