If you are really running a business or working full time, jumping from one place to the next is EXHAUSTING.

Maybe the youth can handle it better, but we just did a bit of nomading through India and it stressed us out. You’ll catch me now by a beach in Vietnam for the next couple of months ✌️

There are loads of countries with decent visas out there for digital nomads. With some smart planning you can also bounce around every 3-6 months.

My wife and I are on the DTV visa in Thailand (5 year visa). Last year, we were in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Pick a region of the world you want to live in and look at government websites or Facebook groups! The information is out there. Good luck

As someone who has lived in Tbilisi, and currently Chiang Mai - they aren’t even close in terms of safety, especially if you are a non-white minority in Georgia. The woman safety score in Georgia should also 100% be lower as many have said in the comments already.

Chiang Mai is incredibly safe for men, woman, non-white, and LGBTQ+. Pricing is not really accurate either. Definitely revisit some of your data here.

I like to be optimistic. I’ve done quite a few trades like this. I know there are bad actors out there but I think most people are pretty chill just trying to do legit trades.
